THE breath TOOL

We’ve put together three short videos to help you tune into your breath and breathe more mindfully so you can calm your body and brain. These exercises can be done anytime, anywhere.

Know that like any new practice, it might feel strange or difficult at first. Don’t be hard on yourself if that happens. This is not something to master, but to learn and slowly add to each day. It’s possible that doing breathwork might bring up some emotion – that’s because we’re digging into that “gunk” we mentioned earlier and sometimes pulling it out. However, if you feel really uncomfortable or panicked, listen to that internal cue. Take a break and try again at another time.

It’s important to do these in order. Start with the first video, then do the second, and lastly, the third.
